Venue Walk Through
Your planner will connect with your vendors before and after the venue walkthrough to organize all the wedding day details. If your venue doesn’t provide a floorplan, they’ll create one for you to ensure everything flows seamlessly on your big day!

Service Book, Planning Begins!
Once you’ve booked our services, the fun begins! You’ll receive your personalized wedding planning document, complete with questionnaires, a vendor list, timeline, decor checklist, and more. Plus, we’ll send over our top vendor recommendations to help kickstart your planning!

Rehearsal
Your wedding rehearsal will take place on the wedding day or up to two days prior, depending on your venues's availability. To prepare, your planner will have you fill out our rehearsal worksheet to map out everyone's positions for the ceremony. Then, they’ll lead a one-hour walkthrough, making sure everyone knows exactly what to do so the wedding day runs smoothly!

Planner Organizes Backend Logistics
Once your planner is assigned, they’ll reach out to introduce themselves, go over your wedding planning document, and start crafting your perfect wedding day timeline. They'll also coordinate your venue walkthrough with both your venue and chosen caterer to ensure everything runs smoothly!
