Our classic package where in the 6 months leading up to your wedding, we work with your entire team of vendors to build a detailed timeline and floorplan. On your wedding day, your lead planner will set up, organize, direct, and break down your event so you can enjoy every moment stress-free!

Schedule a free initial consultation where we learn about you as a couple, talk to you about the business, find out what you are looking for in a coordinator, and talk all things service!

Upon booking, you will receive your initial planning document and intro questionnaire. We will then coordinate with all vendors, build your timeline, create floor plans, schedule any walk-throughs, and much more!

wedding day execution

  • Up to 10 hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant*, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details (min 2-hour set up, 6-hour event, 2-hour breakdown)

  • Bridal party and vendor check in's

  • Confirmation of floor plan layout and overall design

  • Assist with setting up personal decor** of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc...

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Directing the ceremony processional, recessional, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Managing any unforeseen hiccups and so much more!
