We recommend booking as soon as you've secured your venue, as this allows us to provide the most value throughout your planning journey.
Most of our couples book anywhere from 6 to 18 months before their wedding, though some reserve their date even earlier.
That said, we also work with couples planning on shorter timelines.

After the consultation, we'll recommend the service that best fits your needs and send over a customized proposal. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll secure your date with a signed agreement and retainer payment.
No. We work at a wide variety of venues throughout Northern Virginia and beyond. While we have experience at many of the area's most popular venues, we are not limited to a specific venue list.
In fact, whether we're working at a venue we know well or one we're visiting for the first time, our planning process remains the same. We take the time to learn the property, understand venue policies and logistics, and build a strong working relationship with the venue team to ensure a seamless experience for our couples.
