What should you include on your wedding website? We get asked this question all the time, and it is a good question! Let's break it down to the essentials!
Your Love Story:
Briefly recap how you first met, where you had your first date when you got engaged, and the proposal story! Guests love to hear/read all these details too!
Wedding Date and Location (time if you have it):
If it's early in the process you may not have all the details, but including your venue and wedding date are key. Once you have the time you can update that later. If you want to take it a step further once you have the details state if your ceremony is inside or out, cocktail hour location, and the reception. It allows guests to come prepared that they may need a sweater for crisp fall air or to wear a wedge rather than heels due to the grass!
Wedding Dress Code:
This again is for the guests. You know the type of event you are planning, but the more information you can provide your guests the better.
Hotel Block Information:
This is extremely helpful to guests. Not only are they typically discounted, but it also allows couples to plan ahead and book their rooms early! Bonus if you provide transportation information here too! Whether you are providing shuttle buses or guests are responsible for getting to and from the
